NARS Final Cut Blush Review and Swatches $30.00 – Limited Edition
Today, I am going to do a review on the newest blushes from NARS.
If you are looking for matte blushes that go on natural this is something you should definitely look into. These limited edition blushes come in 4 colors (Final Cut Not Shown). I personally applied these with a med sized fan brush and they glide on effortlessly. If you are not use to matte powders you might call these “chalky.” These are NOT chalky, they are matte blushes that look natural and appear to give you that glow from within. I personally find that when testing out a blush you should imagine it on your face. So you would normally have your moisturizer, primer, foundation and then your blush. So with all layers you have applied your blush will go on smooth and last all day. So the next time you are testing blushes at a store remember that hand swatches are for color only. Unless… you do just apply blush straight on your face sans moisturizer.
Tip: You can always blend any blush with your moisturizer/primer to create a cream blush too.
These Final Cut Blushes are a bit on the softer side so they may be highlighters for those of you with deeper skin tones. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at these colors as they give a beautiful innocent glow to any skintone.
