Review:
Love it. It’s a felt tip liner that is black. Perfect for creating cat eyes (I’m still practicing) or a simple black thin or thick line. I have purchased MAC Penultimate and feel comfortable saying this is the exact same thing. A felt tip pen is a felt tip pen. I can’t tell a difference. This isn’t waterline friendly but it’s pretty waterproof once applied.
Overall, I’d say you really can’t afford not to. Jordana hit it out of the park with this one!
