♥MAC- Naval Blue Pigment Review :) Hey Sailor Collection!

Hey Readers! Check out my newest review on a beautiful Navy Blue Eyeshadow Pigment from the Hey Sailor Collection 
It’s a beautiful blue eyeshadow, with small hint of purple & silver, & very pigmented! Pigments can be used either wet or dry! In order to not get very much fall out, try to use the pigments with a mixing medium, MAC’s FIX +, or even other primers such as UD Primer Potion, or Too Faced Shadow Insurance! This will make the pigment/shadow adhere to your lid & eliminate fallout!
Overall, this would be a great eyeshadow to have in your collection! A gorgeous blue pigment with small purple undertones, with some shimmer! Very easy to blend & definitely a wearable color! Because I have blue eyes, I tend to use this more as an eyeliner, applid wet of course, this would look amazing on my fellow readers with brown eyes! It will definitely make your eyes pop!
