Review:
I like the liner! The blue seems more vibrant to me over black so that is how I wear it. Just a simple black first then lay the blue over top. It’s long wearing and inexpensive. I’m not sure I could ask for anything else in the product.
Except a functional turning mechanism. That was kind of annoying.
Overall, I’d recommend this! Milani makes good products and this one is no exception.
