OOTD -Summer to Fall 2012 Fashion – High Low Dress

I love this teal and black high low dress because you can wear it with a skirt or even leggings like this. If you want to have a flowy look without baring those legs.. try this out 
I paired this with a dark nude belt and dark nude shoes to give me some height. I find that nude shoes really can make you look taller.
Then I went to Costco and came home …LOL Busy day
