Written by Elessa, Posted in Milani, Product Review, Swatches
Limited edition liquid pens from Milani are soo cool!
These are matte pens that can be used anywhere on the body. Since I do a limited amount of body art I just used them on my eyes.
Available: available this month at select Walgreens and Fred Meyer stores. They are also available now at www.milanicosmetics.com.
Price: $6.99
Pros:
- Beautiful rich colors
- Lots of colors options. Even a white which is pretty unique
- Solid and easy to use felt tips
- Affordable
Cons:
- Limited Edition
- Water resistant and not waterproof
Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants to add some colorful liners to their collection. I highly recommend the black because it is rich and appears to be more water resistant then the others.
When I ran water over the colors they did not budge but with a little pressure they did start to fade. I love how the tip is just the right length and width which makes it super easy to make colorful cat eyes. For best results always seal with an eyeliner sealant.
Tip: Use a little blue and dot between lashes to make whites of eyes appear brighter

What kind of eyeliner sealants do you recommend? I didn’t know there was such a thing. I want to go out and get some of these asap!
thanks!

Hi Heather!! MAC Mixing mediums work, there is one at the japanese store in a small blue bottle that works. Urban Decay use to have one that would make liner from eyeshadow. Most of the time I just use a setting spray and spray it on a brush then seal
i need to go to walgreens & get some of these
Love how pigmented they are. Do they dry up fast?
I am not sure if they dry up fast. Do you mean on the lid or in the tube? On the lid it dries fairly fast like a regular liquid liner.
