Revlon Summer Collection (Escapism) Cream Blush in Flushed Review and Swatches
Written by cassandraj, Posted in Blog, Cassandra, Product Review, Revlon, Swatches
Must have summer cream blush from Revlon!
Price: $13 or so. Scored this on a BOGO1/2 at Walgreen’s so it was about 2/$20
Where To Buy: Drugstores
Pros:
- creamy and blendable
- matte
- large portion
Cons:
- pricey for a drugstore item
- limited edition, not part of the core collection
Packaging: The blushes are in a pot that twists closed or open. The consistency is buttery soft and non-greasy. I apply with my fingers.
Review: I love these and I know I’m going to be rockin’ them all summer long. The colors are a little scary to see in swatches but they are super blendable. I prefer Flushed to Pinched. I find Pinched to give you a super nice, natural-ish, flattering rosy glow as opposed to a bronzed look. I like the look of a simple pink flush. Even though the pink looks almost neon in swatches and in the pot, it will blend out to a nice bubblegum pink, don’t fret!
Overall, I’d say go for it! If you’re only gonna grab one color, get Flushed!

I am yet to try out cream blushes. I think I a still a bit afraid to use it. Great review!
Thanks for the review! I want to pick these up… but havn’t seen all the available colors yet.
I want to try cream blushes but still hesitant.
I think I can officially say I am not a fan of cream blushes. It may be because I have not tried higher end products, but still, I think this blush is way too pricey. Cream blushes can be a bit of a hassle b/c it can fade easily, crease, u have to apply powder over it, it may cake later on.
