Item: Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eye Liner pencil in ’04 Aqua’

Cost: $6.99-$7.99 Depending where you purchase

Can be purchased: Milanicosmetics.com, Target/Walmart & Most Drugstores

Pros:

- Inexpensive

- Easy to use

- When Set with powder, Does not budge

- Variety of colors

- bright & vivid colors

- Does not irritate eyes

- Similar to high-end products (IE: Urban Decay 24/7 eye liner pencils)

- Creamy

Cons:

- Can be hard to remove

- Needs to be set with powder or else will smudge

- Use up product fast (because it is so creamy)

Packaging: 5/5

It’s really simple.. your typical eye liner pencil, and it works – it’s functional and nothing fancy shmancy about the packaging.

Overall: 4.5/5

I love how inexpensive this is, yet the quality is similar to high end eyeliners, especially Urban Decay’s 24/7 Eye liner pencils (And I LOVE those).  Milani does offer a variety of colors which they are all beautiful and vibrant. I love how Pigmented this eyeliner is and goes well as a Pop of color on the lower lash line area.

I gave it a 4.5 because it can be hard to remove from the water line and also I can’t use this alone or it will smudge all over the place, but it’s okay if i set it.. but I would much rather use it and go instead of having to do that extra step.  Also because it is so creamy, you tend to run out of this much faster, Either – I wish they made this longer, or perhaps slightly less creamy so that way you can preserve the pencil. Otherwise, I’m impressed with the quality of this eyeliner and the brand – for being drugstore, it really is quite amazing!

I definitely would recommend this to those that want to dabble in different colors with their eyeliner but don’t want to break the bank trying out high end items.
