My favourite type of exercise is hydrants, this is where you are on all fours and basically you raise your leg to the side (one leg at a time of course lol) like a dog using a hydrant…this is good butt exercise lol and since i wasn’t born with much but i do this a lot lol. #WOOT WOOT for Mac Products!!!!

Situps and pilates 100s are my fave for keeping my stomach in check!

I am reallly neutral! Bc of my body shape, I hate to wear dresses. I am just jeans and a shirt! That is all that I want wear every day!

I Usually try and do something fun,and since i love dance I either do a dance video online or go hardcore for a while on just dance 3
As far as the rafflecopter question: I tend to be both. I love jeans or black pants and a tee,but sometimes i mix it up with a flirty top or capris ..but lately i’ve been buying leggings and longer shirt dresses which i have never worn before.

I love dance videos and Zumba classes! Makes exercise much more fun and less repetitive!
Zumba definitely, you can have fun and forget your working out. And workout with your friends

Oh, I like to think of my style as rock-opera! I love the Victorian fashion and try to find things that remind me of that time, and I dress pretty classy. On the other hand, there’s always this one (or two) items which turn the whole look around to make it edgy and interesting!
I would have to say that I am very neutral on my fashion style!!

I love to dance! Also, if I don’t have time to exercise, I take the stairs instead of the elevator and I walk instead of drive and it actually helps a lot in losing weight/maintaining my weight and toning my muscles
fashion: Daring or neutral? I think I’m kind of very neutral, because people around me are very some judgmental people…
fav.exercise: i feel like running is the best exercise for me, I can run for a very long time!
Ab workouts! I have no stamina for cardio, and no muscles for strength training hahahha.

I love playing volleyball, it is my favorite type of exercise…whether it is indoor or outdoor. It is so much fun!

We have an above ground pool and I turn the return up to create a nice current..
So it is like one of those swim pools you can get!!

i love to do zumba!! Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program. so basically we exercise with some up-to-date dance music! it is so amazing!

We have a yoga class at the school I go to and I go every week and a 24 hr fitness its crazy fun we dance jump around we have alot of fun and I love swimming as a exercise it’s really fun

My favourite exercise is swimming.. because you get all the movement without the sweating. I live in humid Singapore, so that’s a very important plus. =)

When I was in school, I was extremely athletic so I played all sports. That used to be my workout to keep me fit. But as I got older and busier with life, my workout/exercise routine has changed to accommodate my new lifestyle changes.My favorite has always been yoga and dancing. I gained a few pounds when I was sick and immobile this year so once I get better then I am going to start on my all time fav P90X. It’s a killer but it gives you amazing results

My fav exercise is playing a video game! Whether it’s Dance Central on the Kinect or Wii Fit for the Wii, I find I don’t always realize I am exercising and tend to have more fun

My favourite type of exercise is cycling with the indoor bikes because it doesn’t require much sweat or work. hahaha..I also like walking because I have a beautiful view outside my condo and there are always people walking their cute furry dogs. <3
