I put this one on first and it was love. You can put this on any skin tone for that “wet and frosty” look. I wore this alone and it was beautiful. The colors are not unique but they are at a great price point and the color payoff is fantastic. Its a win-win!

Tip: Let it dry and set for all day wear. Use a good makeup remover since this is water resistant.
