Pocket Mirror
Written by cassandraj, Posted in Product Review
I had no idea I would use a pocket mirror this much. I sit at a vanity while I put on my makeup and still find tons of uses for this nifty little mirror.
Price: Less than $5
Where to Buy: Adoro cosmetics
Pros:
small
travel friendly
two magnifications
Cons:
not fog proof
fragile
Packaging: The design is cute enough for me. It’s sweet that her eyes open and close depending on how you look at it. Mirror is lightweight and easy to handle.
Review:
There are a few pluses and a few minuses about this product. The good is that at the end of the day, it’s a two type of magnification mirror. The bad is that when you hold it up that close to your face (liner, mascara, brows, etc), your breath on it fogs it relentlessly. For being a travel mirror, it seems fragile too, I’m afraid to give it a drop test. But leaving it at my vanity, I do find I prefer it over some of my other palette/compact mirrors because of the dual magnification!
Overall
Easy to use and a cheap purchase…why not?
At the time of this review, Adoro (Adoro.com) seems to not be carrying these travel mirrors. However, Adoro has a huge selection of false eyelashes, acrylic tips and nail implements. It’s like a Sally Beauty Supply online. I think Adoro should still take credit for this little travel mirror and I would recommend you shop around the site and see what you can find!
