I was pleasantly surprised with this palette. The blue and greens just pop. It has the quality of the typical 88 palette and is smooth easy to blend not to mention uber frosty. If you are looking for a cheap fix that has nice color pay off then this is it. Don’t expect MAC quality but do expect something that exceeds your $5 worth. All of this was applied without a base so i’d say yes!!! I also picked up the purple one.. lets just say get the Vivacious one.

Aww, sad to hear the purple one isn’t has good as the vivacious palette. I am on a purple kick. Imma check this out next time Im at the store. I usually see them at Dollar Tree or Family Dollar stores.
really?? that is good to know. I will have to check it out when I go
Yuppers! I see them all the time. Never tried them, but people rave about them. Esp. the 3 pan palettes. I think I might give one a try next time I am at my local Family Dollar.
hey for sure i will check it out
