Going Light!!!

For about 6 months I have been wanting to go light but I haven’t had the chance to but it is time!! I am so bored with my dark flat hair it has been driving me crazy. I use to change up my hair all the time with scheduled visits every 6 weeks but the past year hasn’t been so easy. I was traveling a lot so that put a damper on my schedule. But I gotta doo it!!!!
Are you naturally dark or light? Are you dying your hair now or is it natural?
I would love to hear your thoughts below. Do you like my hair dark or light?

You’re beautiful with any color
Light color does suit you well too. Makes you look girly and fresh. I totally get your need for a change. I’m considering coloring my hair too right now. I’m a natural red head so that makes it a bit challenging, lighter is almost out of question and the red starts showing through darker colors very quickly and I don’t want to be coloring my hair all the time. Waist length=pain to color. BUT thanks to your tip sometime earlier (the going truffle thing), I last time colored my hair using semi-permanent and I loved how it faded nicely and completely away. So thanks. This coming from total stranger but long time lurker here on you site and YT.

Not everyone can pull off with 2 looks like that. I’ve always been a dark hair gal (as you can see from my FB pics) but lately I’ve been adding more and more red/copper highlights. I am naturally dark brown. But I used to dye it black. However, i got bored and now I am trying out new things. In a week I’ll have a full head of red highlights with eggplant as a base. Still can’t go bloned! LOL! But you look great both colors.
I think the dark hair looks a lot more natural and fresh on you. It makes you look youthful and it’s a versatile color. I think you could add some highlights of a lighter brown to add dimension, but I don’t think you should go, like, blonde (that would be kind of extreme). But you’re a great beauty guru either way, so do what you think is best.
Dark looks much more better on you. Classier and younger.
