Make Up For Ever Sens’Eyes Review and Photos
Price: $23 for 3.38oz
The packaging of this makeup remover is pretty basic. Screw top lid, travel size (airplane friendly!). I cracked mine, however and have been dealing with oozing. So it maybe isn’t the sturdiest packaging. I cracked it by squeezing the product out on to a cotton pad. The screw top makes it hard to moderate how much product is dispensed and I’m not sure whether or not a little goes a long way because I always get a lot out of the bottle.
I can’t say enough good things about this. Better than anything from the drugstore, better than anything I’ve tried. I am a big fan of the contents of the bottle. Aqua blue in color, somewhat gel-like consistency. This makeup remover doesn’t require water! No strange residue after removal! It takes off tough, waterproof eye makeup (MAC waterproof Liquidlast) even after all-day wear and use of a primer. It is basically perfect. I wear contact lenses and this doesn’t irritate them (but not a lot irritates my eyes in the first place).
Overall, this did what it was supposed to. It’s a little pricey for my taste but it was a nice splurge item. If I could afford this all the time, I would! It’s just so pricey. That’s my only complaint. But it does everything I expect and more! You know what I’d like to see? Make Up For Ever Sens’Eyes wipes in a plastic container. That’s a product I would buy if I had the money laying around.
