Review: With all the success of the 24/7 eye liners it was about time that urban decay used their talents to create a shadow stick of the same caliber. The description of the shadow pencil is that they are crease proof and waterproof. I can say that I have put them to the test. I wore the Midnight cowboy shade alone with not other eyeshadow primer on underneath. I have super oily eyelids and it stay really well. I ever took a shower with it on it did not budge. I also love the color payoff. What you see is what you get. Midnight cowboy is a like frosty pinky/peachy shade with chunks of glitter. The only drawback is that when the pencil dries (which is in seconds by the way) the glitter can rub off. Because the glitter is chunky it does not seem to adhere that well but I did not notice any fall out when I wore it. The consistency is creamy but not runny. Urban Decay’s website states that you can layer and blend the colors to get to make your look all waterproof and crease proof. I just be sure you work fast because they drying time is super fast. Just using the one color it dry with in seconds, so unless you are skilled I am sure it can be done.
Overall: I have to say I am more of a huge fan now of the Urban Decay 24/7 collection now than I ever was. I would not be surprised if the ranges of colors grow along with the 24/7 collections. Also I feel that the price is reasonable for what you get and how long it does last on the eye. Be sure to check them out!
