Packaging:
The square compact is easy to carry around and easy to store but when storing a bunch of these (I think few people own only one single eyeshadow), it would be hard to see what color this is.
Review:
The color is a nice sea foam blue, called Bleu Curacao. I have been enjoying doing a simple wash of color, light and airy on the lids, under NYX Milk in the crease to create a slightly more dimensional look. This would also be a fun color to use as a lower lash liner with a little Fix+ or eyeliner seal, applied with a smudger or angled brush. It’s a wearable color, even if you’re not interested in walking around with sea foam lids. I used the eyeshadow sponge it came with and had acceptable results but I think you’d have more options with a set of brushes.
Overall, this was a nice introduction to the brand. I’ve been reaching for this color a lot for a simple pop of color.

It looks like a cakey color…. :/ But with that purple it looks nice.

I have yet to purchase any items from Lise Watier, but I’m always drawn in by their lovely packaging. I do see what you mean by the small viewing window, I think I would find that irritating if I had a few colours, it would be impossible to find them quickly.
