I get this question asked a lot about weight and it isn't about how much you weigh, it is about how you feel and if you are healthy. So don't focus on numbers but focus on feeling good. Confidence is everything from size 0 to 22 we can all be confident. This is the first time I have shared (publicly) my secrets to maintaining your ideal weight and staying there. These tips work, I can say that I have been the same size since highschool minus the 2 years(gaining and losing) of the "freshman 20". @meg504 no its not. think about how much you eat daily. right it all down including chewing gum and even little bites that you stole off your friend’s snack. you probably end up eating over 1800kcals per day

whenever i eat sugar i cant stop and the cravings get soo bad! when i have this problem i just chew a piece of gum.. it works for me
I eat a big breakfast usually with a fruit (I find oranges stay with me longer), some water, and then something fiber filled because it takes your stomache a long time to process it. I’m in school so My normal lunch time is around 12-1 PM and that’s after my last time eating at 6:45 AM, then I bring a snack or just a sandwhich for lunch (Not very big because it can hold me off till I get out of school at 3) and then at dinner I eat slow so by the time I’m half way through, I’m full
